He is survived by : his children, Shawn Shelby of Davenport, IA and Amy Henson of Cabery; his siblings, Betty Splear (Charles) of Bondfield, Pauline Turner of Flanagan, Kay Groskreutz (Dan) of Fairbury, Connie Shelby of Goreville, Richard Shelby (Lois) of Pontiac, Gary Shelby (Joann) of Saunemin and Ron Shelby (Rachel) of Kempton; and his friend Diane Kempke of Cullom.
