He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis L. and Lucille M. Taylor (Lipe); his granddaughter Tiara Nicole "Nikki" Russell; and his siblings, Helen Huggins, Frances Taylor and Louis Earl Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Pat of Cutler, IL; his daughters, Melody Taylor of Tennessee, Patricia "Trish" Povidinski (Jim) of West Frankfort, IL, Wilma Earline "Eanie" Flener (Roger) of Pinckneyville, IL, Barbara "Barbi" Curry (Dan) of Cutler, IL and Charlotte Russell of Cutler, IL; his sister Ruth Huggins (Elroy) of Pinckneyville, IL; his sister-in-law Beverly Wayer (Alfred) of DuQuoin, IL; his grandchildren, Trina Roberts (Jeremy Strong), Valerie Flener, Earl Flener (Ashley), Daniel Curry (Cassandra), Sara Povidinski (Josh Elliotte), Jamie Heibner (David), Charles "Taylor" Russell, Ceonda Hartwell (Jared), Seth Povidinski and Victoria "Tori" Russell (Jacob); and his aunts, Ruth Fisher of Pinckneyville, IL and Dejah Herrmany of Pinckneyville, IL. He is also survived by one great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandsons.
