He was predeceased by : his father Charles Brooks; and his child Kim Washkowiak. He is survived by : his mother Sandra Brooks (Mackin); his wife Rita Hyer; his brother Mark Brooks (Tammy) of Danville; and his children, Amanda "Amy" Long of St. Joseph, IL and Karha Rosson (Eric) of Mooresville, NC.
