He was predeceased by: his brothers, Carlos and Donald; his granddaughter Haley Dawn Burrows; and his former wife Mildred Marie Burrows (Bailey). He is survived by: his children, John III (Susan), Susan, James (Debbie) and Jeffrey (Tondia); and his wife Louise Richter. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
