He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Walter Carter and Thelma Carter; his significant other Lori; his children, Quincy Carter of Texas, Andrew Campbell (Rebecca) of Texas and Marcie Britton (Todd) of Indiana; his grandchildren, Khai, Elijah, Quincy, Sayde, Heavenly, Sofia, Landen, Eden, Owen, Wyatt and Ben; his great grandchild Kason; his siblings, Walter (Amy) of Normal, IL, Tony (Shelby) of Franklin, GA, Ruben of Lithia Springs, GA, Felicia Dardy of West Point, GA and Chris; his brother-in-law Kervin Roberts; and his close friends, William Cook and Lorie Bridges.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Heart to Heart Hospice Terre Haute, IN.
