He is survived by: his parents, Oscar Elza and Kathryn Ann McClain (Hazel); his spouse Janice Tabor; his daughter Bonnie Adel Walters of California; his significant other Randy Thompson; and his sisters, Mollie Jean Bogart and Nancy Kay Harper (Rick).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the Diabetes Foundation from which Mike suffered for many years, spending the last years of his life in a wheelchair.
