He is survived by: his spouse Mary Hoaks; his children, Michael Wayne Johnson (April) of Fithian, IL and Dawn Marie Collins (Dan) of Temecula, CA; his siblings, Eugene Johnson Jr (Ruth) of Danville, IL, JayBird Johnson (Charla) of Danville, IL and Brenda Cross (Butch) of Tilton, IL; his siblings-in-law, Anne Luksza (Michael Pickett), Barbara Watson, Cindy Roberts (Travis Jennings) and Mike Hoaks (Shelley Stine); and his grandchildren, Corrin Collins, Theodore Collins, Hayden Collins, Zachary Collins, Jaired Jeffers, Michael Combs and Kaylee Combs. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
