She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Lewis and Betty Melvin; and her husband Larry. She is survived by: her pet Sissy Sue; her children, Jeremiah Ford and Christian Block; her grandchildren, Kalem Ford, Briestyn Ford, Braxton Pruitt, Riley Block, Bentley Block, Kingston Block and Tylor Wheeler; her siblings, Ramona Bowman and Jack Lewis; and her close friend Steven Lane.
