Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mark Wubben of Davis Junction, Illinois, born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 48, on June 12, 2020. He was predeceased by: his father LeRoy Wubben; and his great-aunt Gen Miller. He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Wubben (Perkins) of State Center, IA; his wife Ragina Baxley; his children, Ben Wubben of Byron, IL and Ashley Wubben; his sister Michelle Wilkinson (Lee) of State Center, IA; and his brother-in-law Gene Baxley (Carla) of Sulpher Springs, TX. He is also survived by one niece and three nephews.
