He is survived by: his wife Donna L Williams; his children, Carla Copeland-Killian, Doreen Brown (Tony), Trenikkia Ayers (Jermaine) of Champaign, IL, Paul Williams of Danville, IL and Charles Williams Jr. of Rantoul, IL; and his siblings, Loretta Williams of Champaign, IL, Pasty Ann Milton of Greenville, IL, Carol Williams-Burnett of Dallas, TX, Rita Gayle Milton, Vickie Lynn Milton of Greenville, MS and Jerry Lott (Annie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
