He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Olive Kirk and William Cletus Kirk. He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Courtney Kirk (Jason Hicks) and Douglas Kirk Jr. (Jessica); his brother Bob Luecke; his sister-in-law Diana Luecke; and his grandchildren, Tru Lynn Kirk, Lila Reese Kirk, Aria Jade Kirk, Mira Lynn Kirk and David Oliver Kirk-Hicks. He is also survived by his many Brothers.
