Scherer of Mission Viejo; his siblings, Juldine Olsen (Howard) of Lake St and Gaylord Scherer (Cheryl) of Peoria; his sister-in-law Gladys Scherer of Olney, Illinois; his nieces and nephews, Doug (Michelle Maloney), Angie (Donnie Roloff), Ryan (Stephanie Scherer), Deb (Jeff McCleave) and Scott (Misty Scherer); and his brother Richard.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Salvation Army.
