Margaret Harley Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2025, at the age of 90, Margaret Harley of Decatur, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret Harley to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Carr and Ruby Carr; and her former husband Ed Ellis. She is survived by: her husband Joe Harley of Decatur; her children, Cathy Layfield (Bill) of Decatur, Judy Rich (Tom) of Decatur, Terry Ellis (Sherry) of Hollister and Randy Ellis (LeAnn) of Decatur; and her siblings, Gerald Carr and Sue Cearlock. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Harristown Foursquare Church (7570 W Main St, Decatur, IL 62522). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
Memorials can be made out to the Harristown Foursquare Church towards the building fund.
