It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Eggers of Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Ivan Eggers and Jeanne Morton Eggers; and his wife Violette "Vi" Monahan Eggers. He is survived by : his children, Todd Eggers Sr. (Susan Eggers) of Decatur, IL and Lori Eggers Brown (Luke Brown IV) of Carmel, IN.. He is also survived by 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter, as well as 2 great-grandsons.
