We are sad to announce that on June 10, 2021, at the age of 91, Carol Gates in DeKalb, Illinois, born in Hinckley, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bert Rissman and Bernice Olson; her grandchildren, Lacey Ragsdale (Matthew) and Brooke Flanagan (Michael); her great grandchildren, Lincoln Ragsdale, Tommy and Kat Flanagan; her son-in-law Jerry Lundgren; her sister-in-law Phyllis Rippi; her children, Debra Lundgren and Jaye Richardson; and her sister Marlene Thorp (Bob) of Hinckley. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Salvation Army, addressed to the Gates Family in care of Anderson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 605, 2011 South Fourth Street, DeKalb, IL 60115.
