He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil E. Foltz and Artie V. Foltz (Williams); and his brother Donald "Frog" Foltz. He is survived by: his wife Donna Sue Gaul of DeKalb; his daughter Cassie Craft (Matt Pena) of DeKalb; his grandson Austin Eggleston (Morgan Albertsen); his brother Ed Foltz of Rochelle; his sister-in-law Judy Foltz; and his nephew Dalton Gaul.
