We are sad to announce that on September 1, 2021, at the age of 91, Dorothy (Jensen) Capehart of DeKalb, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bruce Jensen and Ila Jensen (Hammett); her sons, Larry Hayes, Gary Hayes (Karen) and Roger Hayes (Cindy); and her sisters, Donna Rand (Lowell), Janet Setchell (Ron) and Bonnie Hudson (Don).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northwestern Kishwaukee Hospital in her memory.
