He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Schramm and Lydia Schramm (Ittmann); and his sister Ruth Reimer (Russel). He is survived by: his wife Edna Schramm (Johnson) of DeKalb; his daughters, Cynthia Mogensen (Brian) of Lisle and Christine Reinert (Bob) of Vernon Hills; his grandchildren, Joseph Reinert (Jessica), Elizabeth Heath (Peter), Andrew Mogensen and Sarah Mogensen; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Brandon. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
He was very happy when the senior center opened back up after the COVID shut down, and he could join his friends and play bridge again.
