He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carrie Decker and Fred Foster; his wife Esther Ida Foster (Rahn); his children, Allen Foster, JoAnn Hays (Don) and Keith Foster (Beth); his daughter-in-law Jan Foster; and his grandchildren, Grant Hays (Gina), Geff Hays (Kathy), Gerry Hays (Angela), Aaron Hays (Debra), Jamie Kownas (Michael), Lauren Weatherly (Bryan) and Scott Foster (Kestelle). He was also cherished by eleven great grandchildren.
