She was predeceased by: her parents, William Olson and Hettie Olson (Hornbeck); her husband Burley O. Billips; her grandson Troy Hinkle; and her siblings, Helen Krepfle, Kathleen Russell, Melvina Thormann, Lyle, Clarence and Robert.

She is survived by: her children, William Billips (June) of DeKalb, Dale Billips (Diane) of DeKalb, Tonya Sheehan (Matt) of DeKalb and Corey Billips (Becky) of Cortland; her grandchildren, Jessica Carlson (Michael), Joshua Billips (Nicole), Michael Billips, Nicole Hooper (Ben), Natalie Sheehan, Peyton Billips, Bethany Billips and Jaxon Billips; her great grandchildren, Madison Ricke, Joslynn Michels, Riley Wendt, Brooklynn Billips and Rilynn Billips; her great great grandchild Troy Hinkle; and her siblings, Carol Martin and Bernard Olson.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the family to be established at a later date.
