He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Willing and Elvera Willing; and his niece Tamra Moran. He is survived by: his siblings, Norman Willing and Pam Peterson (Dallas Kothenbeutel); and his siblings' children, Stacey Peterson, Shannon Coulombe (Russ), Todd Willing, Timothy Willing (Jennifer) and Chad Peterson.
