He is survived by: his parents, Conrad West and Hazel West; his friend Shirley Carlson; his children, Natalie Bloomquist (Gary), Jonathan Carlson and Kristine Harlow (Jerry); his siblings, Norman and Evelyn; his brothers-in-law, Jerry Smith and Amorin Olson; his wife Shirley; his sister Norma Smith; his siblings-in-law, Elody Olson, Nancy Johnson and John Hartz; and also Norma Smith. He is also survived by 7 children; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
