She is survived by: her siblings, Sherry Frankville of Milan, IL and David Perkins (Donna); her nephew Gregory Perkins (Shelly); her children, Hayden Kayla and Jake Perkins; her sister-in-law Jean Perkins; her niece Deanna Elliott (Jim); her son Jason Elliott; her niece Jennifer Seminara (David); her sons, Leo and James; her niece Laura Biundo (Michael); and her children, Dominic and Nora of Sycamore, IL.
