It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Stubinger of DeKalb, Illinois, who passed away on October 4, 2021, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ida Felke and Walter Stubinger; his wife Lorraine Hensen; his daughter Carol; and his siblings, Lillian Crigley and Walter Stubinger.
He is survived by: his son John Stubinger (Pam) of Sycamore; his grandchildren, Tracey Busby of Malta, Trisha Knych (Steve) of St. Charles and Tim Stubinger (Ashley) of DeKalb; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Samuel, Abigail Knych, Jennifer Busby and John Busby (Karin).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Melvin's memory to Barb City Manor.
