He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Canova and Josephine Canova (Sorrentino); and his son Douglas. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth A. Anderson; his children, Stacey Canova (Jonathan Kiczula), Michael Canova, Theresa Buhr (Chuck), Dava Canova and Christopher Canova (Martha); his grandchildren, Joseph Canova (April), Robert Canova, Kate Canova (Jessica), Steven Buhr (Taylor), Carolyn Buhr, Cassandra Canova, Sean Woodford and Thomas Canova; and his brother Gerald Canova (Patricia). He is also survived by 3 nieces; 2 great-nieces; 3 great-nephews; numerous relatives.
