With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lawrence Nehmelman of Delavan, Illinois, born in Easton, Illinois, who passed away on August 10, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Adolph Nehmelman and Esther Jones Nehmelman; his daughter Linda Eidenmiller; his grandson Gerry Stewart; and his brothers, Donald, Harold, Ted, Adolph Jr., Ralph and Ray.

He is survived by : his wife Doreen Holmes; his children, Terry L. Nehmelman (Jina) of Delavan and Patsy Winkler (Mike) of Delavan; his grandchildren, Jesse Nehmelman, Jeremiah Nehmelman, Michelle Noreuil, Janina Lombardo, Jamie Eidenmiller and Jody Stewart; his granddaughter-in-law Rhonda Stewart; and his siblings, Robert Nehmelman of Danvers and LaVerne Minton of Delavan. He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the St. Mary's Catholic Church or Delavan Fire and Rescue.
