It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Foulkes of Des Plaines, Illinois, who passed away on April 20, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David Foulkes; her children, Patrick Simmons (Linda) and Suzy Rabbat (Basile); her grandchildren, Patrick Simmons, Michael Rabbat (Sophie Martin) and Anne Rabbat (Thomas Rosenthal); and her great grandchildren, Thomas Rabbat, Philippe Rabbat and Benjamin Rosenthal.
