He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Mackowiak; his son John Mackowiak; and his siblings, Roman Mackowiak (Mary) and Loraine Mackowiak. He is survived by: his daughter Catherine; and his sibling's children, Paula Mackowiak, Steven and Scott Derrick.
Due to COVID resitrictions, the funeral home capacity is limited to 45 guests at one time. Masks and social distancing will be required.
