She was predeceased by: her parents, Berlie Price and Beatrice Price (Lawrence); her husband Raymond L. Hinterscher; her brothers, Wendell Price and Wayne Price; and her sister-in-law Shirley Price.
She is survived by: her children, Ray Hinterscher (Cindy) of Dieterich, Illinois, Eugene Hinterscher (Pam) of McKinney and Penny Phipps (Wesley) of Benton, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Cody Hinterscher (Michelle), Dalton Hinterscher (Shelby), Katie Hinterscher, Benjamin Phipps (Tracy) and Courtney Hunt (Bill); her great grandchildren, Makenna, Addy, Brooklyn, Aubree, Maverick, Gunner, Deklan, Eryn, Harper, Jack, Halle and Maisie; her brother William "Dave" Davis Price (Velma) of Mattoon; and her sister-in-law Toni Price.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meyer Funeral Home - Dieterich (307 E Center St, Dieterich, IL 62424). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at the Hinterscher Family Cemetery.
In loving memory of Betty, memorials may be made to Catholic Charities- Diocese of Springfield.
