She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Swingler and Bernadine Swingler (Hartke); her husband Ralph J. Niemerg; her daughter-in-law LeAnn; her brothers, Donald (Rosella), Eugene (Eileen) and William Swingler; and her brothers-in-law, George Koebele, Clarence (Irene) and Leonard Niemerg.
She is survived by: her children, David (Mary) of Dieterich, Paul (Leah) of Dieterich, Jerry of Dieterich, Connie Kerner (Andy) of Teutopolis and Wanda Ruholl (Vernon) of Teutopolis; her sister Marilyn Koebele of Teutopolis; and her sisters-in-law, Janice Niemerg of Teutopolis and Alice Swingler of Teutopolis. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 46 great-grandchildren and 2 step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
