We are sad to announce that on August 30, 2020, at the age of 87, Nira Ruth Mann of Dowell, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wright and Virda Wright (Anderson); her former spouses, Frankie Charles Siefert and J. R. Abel; her husband Nelson Mann; and her son Frank Charles Siefert.

She is survived by: her son Jim Siefert of Dowell; her granddaughter Kelly Shooten of Marion; and her sister-in-law Katherine Wright of Dowell. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
