She is survived by : her husband Walter A. Carlquist; her children, David A. (Jean), Daniel A. (Theresa), Donald A. (Kim) and Denise A. Carlquist; her grandchildren, Aubrey Sobey (Tyler), Kelly (Andrew Deitch), Austin (Cheyenne), Paul (Julia), Sarah Mathiason (Nicholas), Kerri, Kiehl (Kaylen), Irene, Klaire (Koby), Jordan, Jessie and Dylan; her siblings, Dianne Grune (Robert) and John W. Reeves (Doris); and her great grandchildren, Emmalyn, Emerson and Norah.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Faith United Methodist Church where Carol was a member and teacher for nearly eight decades, are appreciated.
