She is survived by: her sons, Randy Kulaga (Kathy) and Jon Kulaga (late Mary Joe); her grandchildren, Amanda Shaw (Andy), Daniel Kulaga (Krisha), Adam Kulaga (Sarah), Sean Kulaga, Brendan Kulaga (Sara) and Sarah Kulaga; and her great grandchildren, Indie and River Shaw.
