He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Oliver Edward and Mary Elizabeth Noe (Lamb); his wife Patricia Ann Benjamin; his children, Andrew Noe (Samantha) of Downs and Megan Hicks (Brad) of Normal, Illinois; his grandsons, Benjamin Joseph Noe (Taylor) and Nathaniel Jacob Noe; and his siblings, Keith Noe of Hay Springs, Nebraska, Doris Robley (Floyd) of Fort Lupton and Darlene Boeshart (Rick) of Holiday Island, Arkansas..

Memorial donations may be made to the Ellsworth United Methodist Church or Ellsworth American Legion.
