He was predeceased by : his parents, William Hayes and Delpha Harper Hayes. He is survived by : his wife Judy A. Schuler; and his brothers, Bob Hayes (Delaine) of Hustonville, Bill Hayes (Tita) of Stanford and Dick Hayes of Downs, Illinois. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
