She was predeceased by: her parents, Ottavio James and Antonina Campanella; her husband Joe D. Rice (Du Quoin); her daughter-in-law Valerie Rice; and her brother Carl Campanella.

She is survived by: her son James L. Rice (late Valerie Rice); her granddaughter Dawn Galbraith (Cale); and her great grandchildren, Alec, Addison and Sydney. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.
