It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil W. Comte (Dupo, Illinois), born in Murphysboro, Illinois, who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Sylvester and Helen; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Comte. He is survived by : his wife Sharon; his children, Tonya Freeman (Al) of Dupo, IL, Jarrod Comte (Tina) of Columbia, IL and Eric Comte; his siblings, Mary Lou Viner (Tom) of South Bend, IN, Bobby Comte of Cahokia and Roy Comte; and his grandchildren, Drew, Mara, Ellie, Berkley, Cambree, Cory, Cameron, Chandler and Caylie.
