He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Scroggins and Shirley Scroggins (Patterson); and his nephews, Austin Scroggins and Mason Scroggins. He is survived by: his brothers, Kevin Scroggins of Edwardsville, Todd (Nheela Scroggins) and Bryan (Holly Scroggins); and his niece Michelle Atkins.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glenview Church of the Nazarene (400 Glen Carbon Rd, Glen Carbon, IL 62034).
Memorials are suggested to Glenview Church of the Nazarene and will be accepted at the services.
