He was predeceased by: his grandparents, June Schultz and Joe Schultz. He is survived by: his children, Sarah Schultz Lewis (Randy) of Wood River, Zachary Ryan of South Carolina, Brittany Nelson (Justin) of Georgia, Madyson Schultz and Zane Ryan Schultz of South Roxana; his grandchildren, Ryly Lewis and Paityn Lewis; and his sister Ashley Swank (Harvey) of East Alton. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
