He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin William and Josephine Lattina (Marks); and his brother Lawrence Lattina (Fred). He is survived by: his wife Audrey D. Shell; his sons, Alan D. Lattina (Teresa Bequette Lattina) and Arlen D. Lattina (Cyndi Neel Lattina); his grandson Ryan A Lattina; his stepgranddaughters, Kristen Sapaw and Lisa Leese (Mike); his great grandchildren, Kaylee Joy Lattina, Kellan Alan Lattina and Kynslee Grace Lattina; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Ian Sapaw, Aubrey Sapaw, Connor Leese and Riley Leese.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Braun Family Funeral Home (265 Quarry Rd, Columbia, IL 62236). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (t2t.org), which offers financial assistance to fallen first responder families.
