He was predeceased by: his grandchild Wiojtus Szlembarski; and his parents, Ludwik Szlembarski and Wiktoria Szlembarska (Glowacz). He is survived by: his wife Anna Szlembarska; his children, Tomasz Szlembarski (Elzbieta), Joanna Mroszczak (Piotr) and Krzysztof Szlembarski (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Karolina Szlembarska, Mariusz Mroszczak and Sebastian Mroszczak; and his parents-in-law, Franciszek Zawada and Anna Zawada (Bryniarska).
