She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Marion Marjorie Long (Gibbs); her husband Jerry Quinn; her stepmother Lois Long (Neal); her siblings, Christine, Charles Jr. and David; and her stepsiblings, Bruce Stoneburg and Judy Condrack.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donald Long, Delbert Long (Helen), Daniel Long, Dennis Long (Cyndy Moulds), Donavon Long (Susan) and Cheryl Long; her nephews, Andrew Long (Jessica) and Tristan Long; her great-nephews, Nathaniel and Jeremiah Long; her stepchildren, Jodi Palmer (Steve) and TJ Scranton (Heather); and her stepsisters, Melody DeSchepper and Valory Huys.
Memorial contributions may be left to the family of Charlene Quinn to continue her legacy through the Little Free Food/Blessing Pantries in Mercer County.
