He is survived by: his children, Benjamin Garner (Erica) of Peoria and Amber Garner (Jeff Smith) of Elmwood; his grandchildren, Sam, Jesse, Kaleb, Wyatt, Kylee, Ava and Tinley; his great grandchild Kinsley; his sisters, Amy Moulton (Rick) of Layton, UT, Linda Bradford (Mitch) of Tullahoma, TN, Candy Davis of Tremont and Teresa Thome (Randy) of Washington; and his aunt Henrietta Blackburn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
