He is survived by: his spouse Audrey Lanigan; his children, Maureen Hodges (Derieck) of Jackson, MO, Mike Chase of St. Louis, MO, Nancy Hughes (Jeff), Andy Chase of Scottsdale, AZ and Jennifer Moore (Steve) of Chicago; his siblings, Steve Chase (Del) of Clayton, NC and Mary Gee (Randy) of St. Marys, PA; and his father John Steffen. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
