It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rhonda Neltner (East Peoria, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on October 19, 2018, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Weller and Dolores Harman Weller; her granddaughter Kayla Schini; and her brother Rick Weller. She is survived by: her spouse Raymond G. Neltner; her daughters, Laurie Gordon (Mike) of East Peoria, Wendy Eppy (Joe) of Bartonville and Dawn Neltner of East Peoria; and her siblings, Mike Weller (Mary) of Farmington, David Weller of East Peoria, Lynda Gonzales (Tony) of Sunnyland and Terry Watkins of Creve Coeur, IL.. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
