Though Charlene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Charlene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM at the Officer Funeral Home (2114 Missouri Ave, East St Louis, IL 62205). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
