It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Foster of East Saint Louis, Illinois, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Johnnie Mae and Lorenzo McNamee. She is survived by : her husband Warren Shead; her children, Donna (Sylvester) and Anthony Foster (Joyce); her siblings, Janet McNamee King (Alfred) and John; and her grandchildren, Angela Foster, Darrell Williams, Bryan Foster and Demario Moore. She is also survived by other family members and friends, and her beloved stuffed animals.
