Shirley A. Taylor Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley A. Taylor (East Saint Louis, Illinois), born in Henderson, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 15, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Sherry Denise Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Vickie Ann Taylor, Sandra Watson (Pastor Herman Watson Sr.), Warren Clark (Donna Clark) and Shirzell Bolden (Jauwayllyn Bolden); and her grandchildren, Shawnta'Davis, Keddrick Taylor (Cathy Taylor), Herman Watson Jr., Shannon Harris, Briana Clark, Che'Parks (Antjuan Parks), Travon Clark, Jashira Bolden and Janae Bolden.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, April 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the St. Augustine of Hippo Catholic Church (400 Columbia Place/Rev. J. A. Brown Blvd., East St. Louis, IL 62205).
