It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle W. Frazier Jr. of Edinburg, Illinois, born in Sicily, Illinois, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Lyle leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Lyle may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle W. Frazier, and Ramonda A. "Betty" Frazier, Sr. (Boulanger); and his brother Pete Frazier. He is survived by: his children, Sonya Frazier of Taylorville, Sandy Garibaldi of Tovey, Scott Frazier of Edinburg and Steve Frazier of Taylorville; his siblings, Alfred Frazier (Madonna) of Kincaid, Louise Cooper and Ella Julius (Gary); and his sister-in-law Sheila Frazier of Kincaid. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
