She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Cook and Vera Cook; her husband Anthony V. Motisi; and her son Leonard Motisi (Joan). She is survived by : her son Louis Motisi (Laurel); and her friend Cat. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
